Hi! My name is Eli West, I’m 20 years old, and I’m originally from Bethesda, Maryland. Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are in the kitchen—perched on a stool next to my mom as she prepared Shabbat dinners or eagerly offering to help my older sisters with whatever baked goods they were making for school or a family celebration.

What started as a childhood fascination quickly became a real passion. Over the years, I’ve grown to love not only the creativity and precision that baking requires, but also the way it brings people together. Whether I’m experimenting with new recipes or perfecting classic ones, I always find joy in sharing my creations and making people smile. That love for baking—and the joy it creates—is what draws me to this opportunity.
